Sizing

What size should I order? / I’m unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find this information?

We are proud to offer  several  amazing styles from different designers, but that means that sizing varies from piece to piece. Also, please read the descriptions of each product, because we try to let you know how each item fits in the description.

Ordering

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes! We would love to help you order over the phone! You can reach The Chic Girls at 318-626-5630 Monday through Saturday from 10:00am-6:00pm and 12:00pm- 5 pm on Sundays.

 Please be aware of the item name(s) that you are wanting to purchase so that we can get your new closest staples to you as quick as possible!

If you are needing to check your order status, you can check this through the email that is sent once your order has been fulfilled for shipping orders and to check for store pickup orders, please refer to email as well. An email will be sent after your order is fulfilled whether it is shipping or store pick up.If this email is not received please contact us.

Please note that we are unable to take PayPal orders over the phone, however, you can pay via PayPal on our website.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Tax is automatically applied to each order during check out.

How do I apply a gift card code or a promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Gift Card or Discount Code".

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items, shipping cost or sale items.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

My order won't go through. What should I do?

Sometimes things just don’t want to work but we are here to help! If you continue getting error messages, please contact us via phone (318-626-5630) or email (simplychicshreveport@aol.com).

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

At Simply Chic, we try to fulfill orders as fast as we can so that they can be in your hands as soon as possible. So, we need to know immediately if there needs to be a change on your order. We are unable to change the order once it has been shipped.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder.

Pick Up In-Store

When can I pick up my order?

Standard Orders
Your order is ready within minutes when ordered during business hours. If ordered after or before business hours, your order will be ready as soon as we can get to it after opening! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!

I accidentally selected "Pickup In-Store". Can I change this to ship to my address?

Yes! Please see the “shipping charge” and shipping pages at the bottom left of this page. Also, your email confirming that the order is ready will have instructions on how to do this as well.

Returns

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the delivery man drops off your return at our storefront (6120 Line Ave, Shreveport, LA 71106), your return will be processed. A sparkling, ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know this can be hard sometimes, but atleast you got a fantastic item for a awesome price! See return policy for more info.

General

I wanted to order a item but it says that it is out of stock! What can we do about this?

This. Is. The. Worst! Although we cannot always reorder everything, there are many times where things sell out and we are able to reorder. So, just click the sign up to be notified button and when/if an item is restocked you will be notified.

Do you have gift cards?

We sure do! You can purchase gift cards via our website!

How will my eGift Card be sent to the recipient?

All eGift Cards are sent electronically via email. We do not offer physical Gift Cards to be purchased online at this time.

Do you have any store locations?
